Charter Management Program gives the opportunity to become an owner of a yacht with option of return on your investment within the period of 5-7 years and in this management program, we accept also used sailboats and yachts under 5 years of use.
Charter Management enables to cover the overhead expenses of the yacht costs (berth in marina, insurance, maintenance etc.) with chartering of the yacht.
The basic idea of the charter management program is to offer you the possibility to buy a new yacht subject to the smallest possible investment. Purchase participation is 30%, assurance for boat as mortgage on the boat. We offer several types of boats during 5 to 7 years with 4-6 % interest.
The accompanying problems, such as additional equipment purchase, transportation, preparation, launching and maintenance you may leave to us. |
Besides chartering we also offer a full program of Yacht Management and maintenance – this way owning a yacht becomes a pleasure as we handle the maintenance of the yacht, management of the crew, accounts and supplies. Yacht Management has been significant growing globally over recent years, as more people turn to the marine industry in their pursuit for leisure activities the demand for professional management has increased.
For yacht owners who live overseas and yet keep their boats in the Turkey area, we will take away the responsibility of the general running of your boat as our professional staff will care for and generally maintain your boat.
Our extensive weekly and monthly schedules will ensure that preventative maintenance is executed reducing the chance of major work and our staff will keep a daily eye on your vessel and if required more regular care will be organized. |

| Gardienage & Technical Support |
For yacht owners who do not keep a permanent crew or who are looking for temporary cover during crew leave or immediately following purchase while waiting for crew to join, our professional yacht care taking (GARDIENAGE) service is available at a fixed monthly fee, which includes:

 Keeping the yacht clean with regular wash downs |
| Regularly opening, cleaning and airing the interior |
| Checking and pumping bilge's |
| Regularly running the machinery: topping-up, charging the batteries, exercising valves, steering and controls. |
| Daily security surveillance with nighttime visits in times of bad weather. Our staffs are available 7/7 and 24/24 in case of emergency. |
| Attending to mooring lines, fenders and general safety in port. |
| Attending to the organization of annual maintenance, dry-docking, repairs, upgrades etc. |
| Monthly status reports to the boat owners. |
